Xolaris wheels are bolt-on and fully reversible. Tesla's owner's manual says: “Only use Tesla-approved wheels when installing or swapping wheels. Using non Tesla-approved wheels can cause serious damage. Tesla is not liable for damage caused by using wheels not approved by Tesla.” The FTC says “Your warranty stays in effect if you use aftermarket or recycled parts” and that the manufacturer or dealer “must prove the aftermarket or recycled part caused the damage before they can deny warranty coverage.” This is general information, not legal advice.

Xolaris wheels bolt on with your factory lug nuts and connect to nothing electronic, so there are no new lug nuts or TPMS sensors to buy. Your factory TPMS sensors move over at install, and the truck relearns them after a short drive, per Tesla’s owner’s manual. A tire close to the stock diameter, such as 295/45R24, keeps your speedometer closest to factory.

Each wheel centers directly on the hub, with no adapter rings, which removes the most common cause of aftermarket wheel vibration. Have the set balanced at install.

They can. Larger wheels and tires add rotating mass, which can lower efficiency, and how much depends on the tires you choose and how you drive.

Clearance depends on the tire, the wheel offset, the suspension mode and how far the wheels are turned, so no setup is guaranteed to clear at every height. Our rub guide explains what causes rubbing and how to choose a lower-risk setup.

Delivery, duties and import fees are included in the price. Xolaris manages delivery to your door by tracked courier. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Every Xolaris wheel is a forged 6061-T6 aluminum monoblock, machined from a single block, FEA validated and rated to 3,600 lb per wheel. Each order is machined one-of-one, and the customer receives build photos at every stage of production, so the process is documented for that specific set.

Curb strikes and other impact damage are not covered by the Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty, which covers structural failure from manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. For cosmetic damage, we can arrange refinishing, priced on request.

At a professional tire shop: mount your tires, transfer the factory TPMS sensors, torque the lug nuts to 151 lb-ft and re-torque after the first 50 miles (80 km).

Xolaris wheels are designed to clear the Cybertruck’s factory brakes, and the fit for your trim and offset is confirmed in your build spec before machining.

Only on the 20-inch size. The Cybertruck’s stock 285/65R20 tires fit a 20-inch wheel directly; 22-inch and 24-inch wheels need tires in those diameters. The recommended 24-inch sizes in the specifications section are calculated from nominal dimensions.
