Will this affect my warranty?
Xolaris wheels are bolt-on with factory lug hardware and factory TPMS. Fully reversible. No permanent modification. Consult your Tesla service center for specific warranty questions.
Will this affect my sensors?
No. Xolaris wheels don't touch any wiring, sensors, cameras, or electronic systems. All driver-assist systems, TPMS, and air suspension function identically.
Will steer-by-wire vibrate?
Not with ±0.02mm center bore. The Cybertruck has no mechanical steering dampening. Ours center directly on the hub — no adapters, no rings.
Will I lose range?
No. Forged wheels are lighter than factory cast. At factory tire diameter, range impact is negligible to positive.

No. Xolaris wheels are a direct bolt-on replacement that does not touch any wiring, sensors, cameras, or electronic systems. All driver-assist systems, emergency braking, TPMS, and air suspension function identically.
Xolaris wheels are a direct bolt-on replacement using your factory lug hardware and factory TPMS sensors. Zero vehicle modification required. The swap is fully reversible. However, we cannot guarantee how Tesla will handle warranty claims on modified vehicles. We recommend consulting your Tesla service center for specific warranty questions.
Every Xolaris wheel ships with a material certification traceable to the 6061-T6 billet source. The wheel is serial numbered and we publish our forging press tonnage (10,000+ tons). Flow-formed wheels start as castings — ours never see a mold. If a competitor can’t show you a material cert, ask why.
Validated at every Cybertruck air suspension setting: Entry, Low, Standard, High, and Extract. No rubbing. No clearance issues. No spacers required. We tested at full steering lock in every height.
Most aftermarket CT wheels are cast ($1,500–2,500) or flow-formed ($3,000–4,000). Xolaris wheels are fully forged from 6061-T6 billet aluminum — the same process used by HRE, Volk, and BBS at their highest tier. Our 3,600 lb per wheel load rating exceeds every competitor we’ve tested.
Cast aluminum is poured into a mold — cheapest, heaviest, weakest. Flow-formed starts as a cast wheel stretched under heat — lighter but still has a cast core. Forged starts as a solid billet compressed under 8,000+ tons — densest grain structure, highest load rating, lightest weight.
The Cybertruck’s steer-by-wire has no mechanical dampening. Xolaris wheels are machined to ±0.02mm center bore tolerance. No adapters. No hub-centric rings. No spacers. The wheel centers directly on the hub, exactly like factory.
No. Compatible with factory Tesla TPMS sensors and 21mm lug hardware. Transfer during installation. No programming required.
At factory tire diameter, range impact is negligible to positive. Forged wheels have less unsprung mass than factory cast.
Structural lifetime warranty covers bending and cracking. For cosmetic damage, we offer refinishing at a preferential rate.
30 minutes at any tire shop. Transfer TPMS and tires, torque to 151 lb-ft. Re-torque after 50 miles.
