LIMITED LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

Who is covered

The original retail purchaser of new Xolaris wheels bought directly from Xolaris. This warranty is not transferable.

How long coverage lasts

For as long as you, the original purchaser, own the wheels.

What is covered

Structural failure of the wheel, meaning a crack or fracture in the wheel structure, caused by a defect in materials or manufacturing under normal use as described in our Terms of Service and Installation and Safety Requirements.

What we will do

If we confirm a covered defect, we will replace the affected wheel with a wheel of the same design and finish, or a comparable design and finish if the original is no longer made, and ship it to you at our cost. Replacement is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

What is not covered

• Damage from impacts, including potholes, curbs, road debris, accidents and off-road strikes
• Improper installation, incorrect or incompatible hardware, incorrect torque, or failure to re-torque
• Failure to follow our Installation and Safety Requirements
• Racing, track or competition use, jumping, rock crawling or other extreme off-road use, overloading, or use with tires that do not meet the tire manufacturer's or vehicle's requirements
• Wheels that have been modified, welded, heated, straightened, re-machined, repaired or refinished by anyone other than us or a shop we approved in writing
• Damage from tire mounting, balancing or TPMS service
• The finish, including cosmetic wear, chips, scratches, fading and corrosion from road salt or cleaning chemicals
• Normal wear and tear
• Labor for removal or installation, tires, tire mounting and balancing, alignment, TPMS sensors, towing, vehicle rental, loss of use, and incidental or consequential damages

How to make a claim

Stop driving on the wheel and email orders@xolariscybertruck.com with your name, order number, the wheel's serial number, clear photos of the damage and a description of what happened. We may ask for more photos, your installer's invoice, an inspection by a qualified wheel or tire shop, or the return of the wheel. If we ask you to return the wheel and the claim is approved, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping cost. There is no separate registration step. Your coverage is tied to your order record and the wheel's laser-etched serial number.

Limits

Any implied warranties, including of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province.
