I'm 22. I started Xolaris because when I bought my Cybertruck, there was nothing on the market that felt like it was made for this truck. Bodykits glued on. Wheels pulled from generic catalogs. Material choices that had nothing to do with how a Cybertruck actually drives. So I built what I wanted to buy. Every aluminum component is CNC-machined in Ontario, Canada, from forged 6061-T6 billet. Every steel component is fabricated to the same standard. One truck. One obsession.

About Xolaris

One truck. One brand. No compromises.

Xolaris designs forged wheels and bolt-on exterior components exclusively for the Tesla Cybertruck. Every product is engineered from the CT's geometry — not adapted from another vehicle. We exist because 46,000 Cybertrucks now look identical, and the owners who bought them to stand out deserve better than a generic parts catalog.

The Founder

Why I built Xolaris

The day I took delivery of my Cybertruck, I sat in the driveway for ten minutes just looking at it. Nothing on the road looked like it. Nothing felt like it. It was the first vehicle I'd ever owned that actually matched how I saw myself — someone who doesn't follow the template.

Six months later, I started seeing mine everywhere. Same stainless panels. Same black wheels. Same plastic bumpers. The truck that made me feel like the only one on the road was now one of 46,000 that looked identical. That feeling — watching something that defined you become ordinary — is what started Xolaris.

I went looking for real forged wheels. Every brand I found was selling multi-vehicle designs with the CT bolt pattern drilled in as an afterthought. The offsets were wrong. The load ratings were marginal. None of them were engineered for a 6,843-lb truck with steer-by-wire. And when I looked at exterior options, it was worse — adhesive-mounted plastic, generic truck accessories repackaged for the CT, parts that risk sensor interference and trigger errors.

So I built what I was looking for. Not a wheel company. Not an accessories brand. A design system — forged wheels and bolt-on exterior components engineered from the ground up for one truck. Every spoke profile starts with the CT's brake caliper geometry. Every exterior panel is designed to clear every sensor, bolt on without adhesive, and come off for Tesla service without a trace. The wheels are forged from 6061-T6 billet. The exterior uses the same alloy for every CNC-machined component. Nothing is adapted from another vehicle. Nothing.

This isn't an accessories catalog. It's the first complete design system built for the Cybertruck — by someone who owns one.

The Products

Two product lines. One standard.

Xolaris manufactures two product categories, both engineered exclusively for the Cybertruck and both built in forged 6061-T6 aluminum.

Xolaris forged wheel on Cybertruck

Forged Monoblock Wheels

Three designs — Vertex, Terra, Stealth — available in 20", 22", and 24" with five finish options. Every wheel is forged from solid 6061-T6 billet, load-rated to 3,600 lbs per wheel, and machined to a CT-specific center bore within ±0.02mm. No re-drilled generic wheels. No hub-centric adapters. Sets from $5,200.

Bolt-On Exterior Components

Front bumper with integrated 12,000 LB Warn winch, rear bumper, fender and rocker kit, and roof rack system. Every component bolts on — no adhesive, no drilling, no modification. Fully reversible for Tesla service visits. Designed to preserve all factory camera and sensor mounting positions. Sensor compatibility testing is underway. Hybrid construction: steel bodies where impact strength matters, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum for every visible detail. This is the exterior program that Cybertruck owners have been asking for since the adhesive recall. Complete exterior from $11,800.

What Sets Us Apart

CT-exclusive engineering

We do not make products for any other vehicle. Our CAD library starts and ends with the Cybertruck — its suspension geometry, its brake envelope, its air ride travel range, its steer-by-wire dynamics, its sensor array, its service panel access points. When a competitor says "compatible with Cybertruck," they mean they drilled a 6x139.7 bolt pattern into an existing wheel or stuck a plastic bumper on with adhesive. When we say "built for Cybertruck," we mean the spoke profile was optimized around the CT brake caliper, the exterior panels were designed to preserve every factory sensor position, and the load calculations account for 6,843 lbs at 600+ lb-ft of instant torque.

Data over marketing

Our Engineering page publishes FEA validation data, material certifications, and process documentation that most brands treat as proprietary. We do this because the CT community is technical — they read specs, they compare load ratings, they understand what hub-centric tolerances mean for steer-by-wire vibration. If we make a claim, the data is on our site. If a competitor makes a claim, ask them for the FEA report.

Materials that match the truck

The Cybertruck was built in 301 stainless steel because Elon Musk decided nothing else was good enough for this vehicle. We apply the same logic. Our wheels are fully forged — not cast, not flow-formed — from 6061-T6 aluminum, the aerospace-grade alloy used in aircraft structural components. Our exterior components use the same alloy for all CNC-machined details. The result is a product line that shares the Cybertruck's material philosophy: overbuilt by intention, not by accident.

Manufacturing

Built in North America. Built to order.

Every Xolaris wheel is forged and machined in Canada. We don't maintain warehouse inventory of pre-made wheels in every size and finish combination — we build each set to order. This means a 6-8 week lead time, but it also means your wheels are manufactured specifically for your configuration. No shelf stock. No clearance bins. No compromises to hit a quarterly shipping target.

We chose this model deliberately. Building to order lets us maintain quality control that mass production can't match. Every wheel is inspected, serialized, and documented before it ships. It's slower. It's more expensive to operate. And it's the only way we're willing to do it.

The Team

Xolaris is a small team of engineers, industrial designers, and manufacturing specialists. We're based in Canada and work directly with our forging and machining partners. There is no marketing department — the engineering team writes the product specs, the founder writes the website copy, and the same people who design the wheels answer your quote requests. We'll introduce the team properly when we have photos worth showing. For now: we're small, we're focused, and every person here works on the product.
