Xolaris designs forged wheels and bolt-on exterior components exclusively for the Tesla Cybertruck. Every product is engineered from the CT's geometry, not adapted from another vehicle. We exist because the owners who bought this truck to stand out deserve better than a generic parts catalog.
The Founder
Why I started Xolaris
The day I took delivery of my Cybertruck, I sat in the driveway for ten minutes just looking at it. Nothing on the road looked like it. Nothing felt like it. It was the first vehicle I had ever owned that actually matched how I saw myself.
Six months later, I started seeing mine everywhere. Same stainless panels. Same black wheels. Same plastic bumpers. The truck that made me feel like the only one on the road was now one of more than 63,000 that looked identical. That feeling, watching something that defined you become ordinary, is what started Xolaris.
I went looking for real forged wheels. Most of what I found were designs made for other vehicles, adapted to the Cybertruck’s bolt pattern. And when I looked at exterior options, too much of it was adhesive-mounted plastic.
So we set out to build it. Not a wheel company. Not an accessories brand. A design system: forged wheels and bolt-on exterior components designed from the ground up for one truck. Nothing is adapted from another vehicle. Nothing.
This is not an accessories catalog. It is a complete design system for the Cybertruck, led by someone who owns one.

The Products
Two product lines. One standard.
Xolaris designs two product lines, both engineered exclusively for the Cybertruck: forged aluminum wheels and a bolt-on steel and aluminum exterior.
Forged Monoblock Wheels
Three designs (Monolith, Zenith, Umbra) available in 20", 22", and 24" with five finish options. Every wheel is forged from solid 6061-T6 billet and machined to a CT-specific hub-centric center bore. No re-drilled generic wheels. No hub-centric adapters. Sets from $5,990.

Bolt-On Exterior Components
The Front Bumper with a Warn-compatible winch mount, the Rear Bumper, Fender Flares + Rocker Panels and the Expedition Roof Rack System. Every component is designed to bolt on, with no adhesive and no drilling, and to keep every factory camera in place. Steel bumper bodies and roof rack chassis, 5052 aluminum fender flares and rocker panels, and CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum bumper inserts, roof rack legs and LED bar frame. Available individually or as the Full Exterior Kit, by quote.

Built for one truck
We make products for the Cybertruck and nothing else. Every design starts from the Cybertruck’s own geometry: its wheel wells, brakes, ride heights and factory cameras.

Every number we publish is one we stand behind, from load rating to bolt pattern. If it isn’t backed, it isn’t on the site.
Materials chosen for the job
Each part uses the material suited to the load it carries, and every product page names the alloy, part by part.
Manufacturing
Designed in Canada. Made to order.
We don’t keep warehouse stock of every size and finish. Each set is made to order for your configuration, which means a lead time of 12 to 14 weeks from build spec approval, delivered to your door. No shelf stock. No clearance bins.
