Xolaris is the Cybertruck-dedicated division of Abdi Design, an engineering and design studio specializing in premium automotive products. We created Xolaris because the Cybertruck deserves an aftermarket ecosystem built with the same ambition as the truck itself.

Why I Built Xolaris
When I got my Cybertruck, the first thing I wanted to do was put real wheels on it — forged, not cast. I went looking. Every "forged wheel" brand I found was selling the same multi-vehicle designs with the CT bolt pattern drilled in as an afterthought. The offsets were wrong. The load ratings were marginal. None of them were actually engineered for a 6,843-lb truck with steer-by-wire.
So I built the brand I was looking for. Xolaris is an engineering project disguised as a wheel company. Every spoke profile, every offset, every load calculation starts with the Cybertruck's specifications — not a universal template. The wheels are forged from 6061-T6 billet because that's what the platform demands. The exterior bodykit is built in the same material because no one else is doing it.
This isn't a wheel catalog. It's the first design system built for one truck.

WHY WE EXIST
A Gap That Demanded to Be Filled.
The Cybertruck is the most audacious production vehicle in decades. It demanded entirely new engineering approaches from Tesla. And yet, the aftermarket response has been predictable: existing wheel designs re-bored for a 6x139.7 bolt pattern, generic body accessories adapted from the truck aftermarket, and marketing that treats the CT like any other pickup.
We saw that gap and refused to accept it. Xolaris was founded on a single principle: every product we make must be designed exclusively for the Cybertruck, engineered to the standard the truck demands, and crafted in materials that match its ambition.
We do not make products for other vehicles. We do not adapt catalog designs. We start from the Cybertruck's geometry, its weight, its dynamics, and its singular aesthetic — and we engineer forward from there.
CT-Exclusive Only
Every product Xolaris releases is designed from scratch for the Cybertruck. No multi-vehicle fitment. No catalog adaptations.
Engineering Above Marketing
We publish FEA results, load test data, and material certifications. If a claim cannot be backed by data, we do not make it.
Materials Match the Truck
Forged 6061-T6 aluminum across both product lines — the same commitment to material quality the Cybertruck embodies in stainless steel.

The Cybertruck does not look like any vehicle that came before it. Our products do not look like any aftermarket components that came before them. Every line, every angle, every surface decision references the truck's geometry first. We amplify — we never disguise.
