Xolaris wheels are designed exclusively for the Cybertruck. Every dimension, offset, spoke profile, and load calculation was engineered from scratch for the Cybertruck. They are fully forged from 6061-T6 aluminum billet, not cast, not flow-formed. This means a denser grain structure, higher load rating (3,600 lb per wheel), and measurably better strength-to-weight ratio than cast alternatives. Most aftermarket brands adapt existing multi-vehicle designs for the CT bolt pattern. We build for one vehicle.

Xolaris forged wheels are available in 20", 22", and 24" sizes. Standard finishes include Brushed Titanium, Burnished Bronze, Brushed Aluminum, Satin Obsidian, and Brushed Obsidian. Custom finishes are available by request. See individual product pages for specific size and finish availability.

Yes. All Xolaris wheels are engineered for the Cybertruck's 6 x 139.7 mm bolt pattern and CT-specific center bore. They fit every trim: Cyberbeast, Premium All-Wheel Drive, Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive and Long Range, including Foundation Series trucks. OEM TPMS sensors and factory lug hardware are fully compatible: no adapters, no aftermarket lug nuts required.

They can. Larger wheels and tires add rotating mass, which can lower efficiency, and how much depends on the tires you choose and how you drive.

The Xolaris Exterior Program is a bolt-on exterior system for the Cybertruck: the Front Bumper with a Warn-compatible winch mount, the Rear Bumper, Fender Flares + Rocker Panels, and the Expedition Roof Rack System with LED light bar. Steel bumper bodies and roof rack chassis, 5052 aluminum fender flares and rocker panels, and CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum bumper inserts, roof rack legs and LED bar frame. Every component bolts on: no adhesive, no drilling, no cutting, and fully reversible. Designed to retain all factory sensors and cameras. Components are available individually or as the Full Exterior Kit, by quote. Lead time is confirmed with your quote, and warranty terms are provided with your quote. Standard lead time is 12 to 14 weeks from build spec approval, delivered to your door. Custom finishes may require additional time. You will receive a production timeline confirmation by email after ordering.

We deliver to Canada and the contiguous United States (48 states plus DC), and delivery is included on every wheel set. Xolaris manages delivery to your door by tracked courier. Deliveries outside Canada and the contiguous US, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, are quoted separately, with any duties or taxes listed in the quote.

No. For Canada and the contiguous United States: delivery, duties and import fees included. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Nothing more is due at delivery.

We recommend a professional tire shop. Xolaris wheels fit directly using your Cybertruck's factory lug hardware and TPMS sensors, with no adapters or spacers, and a professional tire shop should mount, balance and torque them to 151 lb-ft. Re-torque after the first 50 miles (80 km). Installation and safety requirements are published at /installation-safety.

Factory tires only fit the 20-inch wheel. For the 22-inch and 24-inch, choose a tire whose overall diameter is within 2% of stock. Our Fitment Guide gives tire recommendations by wheel size and use case (daily driving, off-road, performance).

All Xolaris forged wheels include a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty for the original purchaser, covering a crack or fracture in the wheel structure caused by a defect in materials or manufacturing. Impact damage, improper installation and the finish (curb rash, scratches) are not covered, and the warranty is not transferable. See the full warranty for complete terms.

Contact us with photos of the damage. If the issue is covered under the Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty, we will replace the wheel and ship it to you at our cost. For cosmetic damage, we can arrange refinishing, priced on request.

Xolaris wheels are bolt-on and fully reversible. Tesla's owner's manual says: “Only use Tesla-approved wheels when installing or swapping wheels. Using non Tesla-approved wheels can cause serious damage. Tesla is not liable for damage caused by using wheels not approved by Tesla.” The FTC says “Your warranty stays in effect if you use aftermarket or recycled parts” and that the manufacturer or dealer “must prove the aftermarket or recycled part caused the damage before they can deny warranty coverage.” This is general information, not legal advice.
