Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to Canada and the contiguous United States (the 48 states and Washington, DC). For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and anywhere else, contact us for a quote before ordering.

Delivery cost
Delivery and import are included in the price shown on our site. There is no separate delivery charge at checkout for Canada or the contiguous United States.

Timing
Every set is made to order. Production begins once you approve your final build spec and takes 12 to 14 weeks to shipment. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days. You will have a dedicated project contact throughout, with photos of your set at each production stage.

Damage in transit
Please inspect your wheels on delivery and before mounting tires. If anything arrives damaged, email orders@xolariscybertruck.com with photos within 48 hours, and do not mount or drive on the affected wheel until we have reviewed it. If the damage is cosmetic only (scratches, chips or marks in the finish), we will arrange and pay for the wheel to be refinished by a shop we approve. If the wheel is bent, cracked or otherwise structurally damaged, we will replace it. We decide which applies from your photos and, if needed, an inspection, at no cost to you.
