Xolaris replaces every plastic exterior component with hybrid construction — high-strength steel where impact loads demand it, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum for every visible detail. Bumper bodies and roof rack chassis are fabricated from high-strength steel. Every visible CNC detail — fender flares, rocker panels, bumper inserts, rack legs, LED bar frame — is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.

Xolaris components are 6061-T6 aluminum — approximately 40% lighter than A36 steel used by every other CT bumper brand. Steel bumpers add 50-100+ lbs. Ours don't.

We recommend professional installation (4-6 hours). Every piece is bolt-on with included hardware and detailed instructions. No welding, no fabrication. We'll connect you with a certified installer.
