DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Amplify.
Don't Disguise.

Every bodykit on the market tries to make the Cybertruck look like something else. Xolaris takes the opposite approach. We studied the truck's angular geometry and extended it.

Wider fender arches that follow the existing body line angles. A front fascia that sharpens what Tesla left blunt. Aero-functional side skirts that manage airflow without adding visual noise. The result is a Cybertruck that looks like the concept version that never made it to production.

Front Bumper / Fascia

Sharpens the CT's front profile with angular geometry that extends the factory body language. Aero-optimized lower section.

Widebody Fender Arches

Adds 40mm of clearance per side. Follows the exact body line angles of the CT — no visual disconnection from the factory panels.

Side Skirts

Aero-functional underbody management without visual noise. Integrates flush with the CT's factory rocker panels.

Rear Diffuser

Manages rear underbody airflow with the same angular design vocabulary as the rest of the kit. Forged aluminum. Flush mount.

Trunk / Tailgate Spoiler

A minimal spoiler that follows the CT's flat rear geometry. Adds visual mass to the tailgate without disrupting the silhouette.

MATERIAL AND ENGINEERING

The Same Aluminum. The Same Standard.

The Xolaris Exterior Program is manufactured in forged aluminum — the same 6061-T6 alloy used in our wheels. Unlike carbon fiber bodykits that can crack on impact, or fiberglass that flexes and warps, forged aluminum maintains its shape under thermal cycling, road vibration, and impact. It is the only material that matches the Cybertruck's own stainless-steel construction in durability and presence.
