How wheels ship to Canada
Every price includes delivery to your door anywhere in Canada. Each wheel set ships by freight carrier, managed by Xolaris from our facility to your address.
Duties and brokerage are handled by Xolaris. Duties are included in the CAD price, so there is no separate duty bill when the set arrives. Applicable GST/HST is added at checkout.
A physical address is required; freight carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes, and the carrier may call to book a delivery window. Transit to Canadian addresses is typically three to seven business days after the set leaves our facility; remote and northern addresses can take longer, and customs clearance can add a few days.
Lead time
6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation to shipment. Every set is forged and machined to order (including the custom offset) and leaves with laser-etched serials and a certificate of authenticity. You receive a production timeline by email once the order is placed, and tracking once it ships.
Winter use: two checks after the first cold snap
TPMS. Tire pressure drops as the temperature falls, and the factory Tesla sensors report it: a pressure warning on the first freezing morning is normal. Top up to the placard pressure cold.
Torque. Re-check lug torque at 151 lb-ft after the first cold snap and again after the first 50 miles (80 km) on a fresh fit, using the factory lug hardware.
Winter tires are made in some 24-inch sizes, but the range is narrower than at 20 inches; check availability for the size you plan to run before choosing a diameter. A dedicated winter set on the stock 20-inch wheels is a common approach.

Yes. Canadian orders are priced from a fixed CAD list, not converted at checkout: Monolith, Zenith and Umbra are CA$8,290 for 20-inch, CA$9,150 for 22-inch and CA$9,390 for 24-inch sets of four. Those are delivered prices for addresses in Canada, with freight, duties and import fees already included.
Prices are set per market, so the CAD figure does not move with the exchange rate between orders.
No. Duties and import fees are included in the CAD price of every wheel set shipped to Canada, and Xolaris manages the freight to your door. You are not billed separately for duty or customs clearance when the set arrives, and the carrier does not collect anything at delivery.
Plan for six to eight weeks of production plus freight transit. Every set is forged and machined to order, then ships by freight carrier; transit to Canadian addresses is typically three to seven business days after the set leaves our facility, with customs clearance occasionally adding a few days.
You receive tracking by email when the set ships, and the carrier may call to schedule delivery. A physical address is required; freight does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Remote addresses can take longer.
Yes. The lifetime structural warranty applies to Canadian orders on the same terms as in the United States: every wheel is covered, for its original owner, against structural failure caused by manufacturing defects, registered by its serial number. Claims are handled by email, and approved repairs or replacements include freight both ways.
Impact and road-hazard damage, cosmetic wear and improper installation are not covered, and coverage does not transfer to a later owner. Full terms are on the warranty page.
Read the warranty →Yes, provided a winter tire is made in the size you plan to run; the 24-inch winter range is narrower than at 20 inches, so check availability before choosing a diameter. Whichever size you choose, the offset of your set is machined to your build. A common approach is a dedicated winter set on the stock 20-inch wheels.
After the first cold snap, re-check lug torque at 151 lb-ft and tire pressures: pressure drops as temperature falls, and the TPMS warning is often the first sign.
