The rear bumper features three CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum pieces — a middle section and two side sections — each weighing over 10 kg of solid machined aluminum.
The steel substructure (ST52/S550) handles structural loads including the support bracket with welded M10 nuts, sensor brackets, and tow strap cover. All visible surfaces are tanned anodize aluminum; all structural elements are black powder coated steel.

Yes. Bolt-on installation using factory mounting points. No cutting, drilling, or permanent modification. We recommend two people for positioning due to the weight of the aluminum inserts. A detailed installation guide is included.
Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer cannot void your vehicle warranty simply because you installed aftermarket parts. They would need to prove that a specific aftermarket component directly caused a specific failure. Xolaris components are fully bolt-on — no cutting, no drilling, no wiring modifications, no permanent changes to your vehicle. Everything is reversible to factory spec.
