Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Continental United States)

Xolaris offers free standard shipping on all forged wheel sets to addresses within the continental United States. Shipping is via freight carrier for wheel sets due to package weight and dimensions. You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery window via email once your order ships.

Standard wheel set shipping transit time is typically 3–7 business days after the order leaves our facility. Delivery to remote areas may require additional transit time.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for wheel orders. A physical delivery address is required.

Lead Times

Xolaris wheels are forged and machined to order. Standard lead time from order confirmation to shipment is 4–6 weeks. In-stock items (if listed as available) ship within 5 business days. Custom finishes or non-standard configurations may require additional production time. You will receive a production timeline confirmation via email after your order is placed.

Lead times are estimates and may vary due to production scheduling, material availability, or carrier delays. Xolaris will communicate any significant delays via email.

International Shipping

Our primary market is the continental United States. International orders are accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at orders@xolarisct.com for international shipping quotes before placing an order.

International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) depending on destination country. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country's customs authority. Xolaris is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment. For wheel freight shipments, a freight carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — please ensure the contact information on your order is accurate and current.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage before unpacking and contact us within 48 hours at orders@xolarisct.com. Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. Xolaris will coordinate with the freight carrier to replace damaged items at no cost to you.

If you believe your shipment is lost or missing, contact us after 10 business days past the estimated delivery date. We will initiate a carrier trace and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Exchanges

Unused wheels in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost, minus return shipping fees. Wheels that have been mounted, installed, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Custom finish orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

To initiate a return, contact orders@xolarisct.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product in original condition.
