Lifetime Structural Warranty

Every Xolaris forged wheel is warranted against structural failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship, for the life of the wheel.

If a wheel fails structurally because we got something wrong, we repair or replace it. No time limit, no mileage limit.

Unlimited Towing, Payload, and Terrain

Use your Cybertruck the way Tesla built it to be used. Tow to its rated capacity, load it to its rated payload, take it off pavement — none of that voids your coverage.

Operating within Tesla's published specifications is exactly what these wheels are rated for. Every wheel carries a 3,600 lb load rating against a 6,843 lb truck.

Transferable

Coverage follows the wheels, not the buyer. Sell the truck or sell the set and the warranty goes with it — the next owner is covered on the same terms, with nothing to file and no fee to pay.

Registered by Serial

Every set is laser-etched with a unique serial number and ships with a certificate of authenticity. That serial is the warranty record.

There is no registration card to mail and no account to create. Keep the serial and you have the warranty.

Finish

The finish carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects — peeling, blistering, or delamination that originates in the coating itself.

Finish wear from normal use is not a defect. For curb rash, scratches, and wear, we offer refinishing to existing customers at a preferential rate.

Exterior Program Components

Xolaris Exterior Program components — bumpers, fender and rocker panels, roof rack systems — carry the same lifetime structural warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

What Is Not Covered

Impact and road-hazard damage. Potholes, curbs, debris, and collisions are impacts, not defects.

Improper installation. Wheels must be fitted with factory lug hardware and torqued to 151 lb-ft, with a re-torque after 50 miles.

Cosmetic wear. Scratches, curb rash, scuffs, and finish wear from normal use.

Modification, machining, or third-party repair of the wheel.

How to Claim

Email orders@xolariscybertruck.com with your serial number and photographs of the wheel. We respond within one business day.

If the claim is approved we cover the repair or replacement and the freight both ways. Do not ship a wheel back before we have confirmed the claim.
