Structural Lifetime Warranty

All Xolaris forged wheels include a structural lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

— Structural failure due to manufacturing defects in material or workmanship — Bending or cracking under normal driving conditions — Hub face or bore defects that affect fitment

The structural lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers structural integrity failures that occur under normal vehicle operating conditions. "Normal conditions" means driving on paved roads, maintained gravel roads, and light off-road surfaces consistent with the Cybertruck's rated capabilities. Load conditions within the wheel's rated capacity of 3,195 lbs per wheel.

If a warranty claim is approved, Xolaris will repair or replace the affected wheel at no cost to the customer, including return shipping for the replacement.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

— Cosmetic damage including curb rash, scratches, scuffs, and paint chips — Damage caused by road hazard impact (hitting a pothole or curb at speed) — Damage caused by improper installation or use of incorrect torque specification — Damage caused by use beyond the wheel's rated load capacity — Damage caused by racing, track use, or competition — Damage caused by corrosive substances, improper cleaning agents, or lack of maintenance — Damage caused by modification or machining of the wheel — Wheels that have been repaired by a third party

Cosmetic damage is not covered under the structural warranty. However, Xolaris offers a refinishing service for existing customers at a preferential rate. Contact us for details.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact us at warranty@xolarisct.com with your order number and a description of the issue 2. Attach photographs clearly showing the damage or defect from multiple angles 3. Our team will review your claim within 3 business days 4. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the affected wheel and shipping the replacement

Do not return a wheel without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team. Unauthorized returns may cause delays in processing.

Cosmetic Refinishing Service

For cosmetic damage (curb rash, scratches, finish wear) not covered under the structural warranty, Xolaris offers a refinishing service to existing customers at a preferential rate. The wheel is returned to our facility, professionally refinished to the original specification, and returned.

Contact warranty@xolarisct.com to request a refinishing quote. Shipping costs for refinishing service are the customer's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Xolaris's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective wheel. Xolaris is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from wheel failure, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or loss of use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
