Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using xolarisct.com (the "Site") or purchasing products from Xolaris by Abdi Design ("Xolaris," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xolaris by Abdi Design. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Products and Eligibility

Xolaris products are designed for installation on Tesla Cybertruck vehicles. By purchasing, you represent that:

— You are at least 18 years of age — You are acquiring products for legal use only — You will install products in accordance with all applicable laws and vehicle regulations — You understand that wheel and vehicle modification may affect vehicle warranty, registration, and insurance coverage — and you accept responsibility for those effects

Xolaris is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Tesla and Cybertruck are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. Xolaris products are aftermarket accessories designed for Cybertruck but are not manufactured, endorsed, or warranted by Tesla.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price confirmed at the time of order.

For inquiry-based orders, the final price is confirmed in your personalized quote. Orders are not binding until you receive an order confirmation from Xolaris.

Payment processing is handled securely by Shopify's payment system. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Financing through Affirm or Shop Pay Installments, where available, is subject to those providers' terms and eligibility requirements.

Installation and Safety

Wheel installation must be performed correctly and to specification. Xolaris provides an installation guide with every order. Key requirements:

— Torque lugs to 151 lb-ft using a calibrated torque wrench — Re-torque after the first 50 miles of driving — Use factory lug hardware — do not substitute aftermarket lug nuts unless explicitly specified — TPMS sensors must be transferred or replaced with compatible sensors — Wheels must be balanced after installation

Failure to install correctly can result in wheel separation, which is a safety hazard. Xolaris is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation. If you are uncertain about installation, use a professional tire and wheel installer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, wheel designs, engineering drawings, and branding — is the property of Xolaris by Abdi Design and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.

The Xolaris wheel designs are proprietary and may be protected by design patents. Reproduction or imitation of Xolaris wheel designs is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xolaris is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Xolaris's total liability to you for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the price you paid for that product.

This limitation does not apply to personal injury claims in jurisdictions where such limitations are prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved in the courts of [State], and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Tesla Trademark Disclaimer

Xolaris by Abdi Design is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc. in any way. Tesla, Cybertruck, and the Tesla logo are registered trademarks of Tesla, Inc. References to Tesla products on this Site are for compatibility description purposes only and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement by Tesla.
