How it's built.
Steel Frame: ST52/S550, 40×40mm profile, T2.5 wall. 43.5 kg main frame with 26 welded M10 nuts and 8 M8 nuts. Total steel exceeds 65 kg. This is the skeleton.
Aluminum Panels: 20+ pieces in 2–3mm thickness — storage lids, body panels, side panels. Mix of body color and black. The middle sheet alone weighs 4 kg.
CNC Machined: Camera supports (8 kg each), front aluminum parts, rear leg covers — precision components from solid billet.
Plus: 3D printed ABS/PC (mesh, housings, covers), plexiglas lenses, 70+ fasteners, electric actuators.

No. Sold as a complete integrated system. The storage, tire carrier, cameras, and lighting are all engineered into the structure.
The ST52 steel frame with 40×40mm profiles handles significant loads. Specific ratings will be published after final testing.
Any roof system adds drag. The aerodynamic aluminum cladding minimizes this versus open-frame racks, but some reduction is expected.
Electric actuators open storage lids and tire mechanism. Specifications being finalized for production.
