Xolaris launches Cybertruck-exclusive forged exterior and wheels program

Xolaris, a subsidiary of Abdi Design based in Ontario, Canada, today announced the launch of its Cybertruck-exclusive forged wheel and CNC aluminum exterior program — the first aftermarket brand to engineer a complete exterior transformation system specifically for the Tesla Cybertruck.

The program includes three forged monoblock wheel designs (Vertex, Terra, and Stealth), each machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with Cybertruck-specific center bore tolerances of ±0.02mm. Available in six finishes and three sizes (20", 22", 24"), the wheels are load-rated to 3,600 lbs per wheel — engineered for the Cybertruck's 6,843 lb curb weight and steer-by-wire system.

The exterior program introduces CNC-machined aluminum body components including front and rear bumpers with steel hybrid construction, fender flares and rocker panels in two aerospace-grade aluminum alloys (5052 for body panels, 6061-T6 for structural inserts), and an integrated expedition roof rack system with actuated storage, spare tire carrier, camera mounts, and LED lighting.

"When I bought my Cybertruck, there was nothing on the market that felt like it was made for this truck," said Shaun Abdi, 22-year-old founder of Xolaris. "Bodykits glued on. Wheels pulled from generic catalogs. So I built what I wanted to buy."

All Xolaris components are bolt-on and fully reversible — no cutting, drilling, or permanent modification to the vehicle. Every piece ships from Ontario with free US shipping and all duties included.

The company is accepting orders through its priority list system, shipping in quarterly allocations beginning Q2 2026. Pricing starts at $5,200 for a set of four forged wheels and $4,995 for the front bumper assembly. The complete exterior kit is available at $38,995.

A certified installer network is in development, with partner shops in Texas and Florida confirmed for launch.
