PMMA light diffuser panels integrated into every rocker — not stick-on LED strips, not cheap accent lighting. A smooth, even glow that illuminates the Xolaris logo without a single visible pixel. The kind of detail that separates engineered products from accessories.
Why CNC aluminum.
5052 Aluminum (fender body panels): Superior formability and corrosion resistance. Ideal for large body panels. Each panel CNC machined as a whole piece — no seams, no welds on visible surfaces.
6061-T6 Aluminum (rocker inserts): Higher strength, heat-treatable. The front and rear rocker inserts weigh 9.3 kg each — 18.6 kg of solid machined aluminum for just two pieces. These are structural components with M10 and M8 threaded mounting holes, not decorative trim.
All aluminum surfaces finished in tanned anodize — corrosion-proof, won't chip, peel, or fade. Rear fender includes functional hinged access door with push-latch mechanism.
